WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?
Kinesiology is a gentle, client-centred natural therapy that uses muscle testing and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to assess stress and energy imbalances in the body. Kinesiologists tap into the subconscious mind to clear stress on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - every physical symptom, pain, stress or trauma has an underlying emotional connection.
By bringing these underlying issues to the surface, then clearing the unprocessed emotions we are able to help you shift old patterns and behaviours, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage programs and emotional stress, allowing the body to come back to it’s natural state and begin to heal... intrinsically.
Kinesiology taps directly into your body's energy systems and subconscious mind, providing valuable insights into the underlying stress contributing to your symptoms, offering a comprehensive holistic view.
The core tool in kinesiology is muscle testing, which involves observing subtle changes in muscle tension when stress is present. This technique allows us to uncover the root causes of the issues you're experiencing and identify the best ways for the body to release them. We then use natural remedies to clear the imbalances from the body's energy systems, such as accupressure points, essential oils, sound healing, colour therapy, crystals and more.
Because this information comes directly from your body, kinesiology is highly client-centered, making it incredibly effective in facilitating lasting change.
I create a supportive environment where you feel safe to express yourself and share your story. Together, we’ll uncover patterns and connect the dots, allowing you to gain conscious insight that leads to deeper healing and long-lasting transformations.
Your body has its own unique way of expressing itself. Kinesiology helps give a voice to your symptoms and stressors, helping you understand their underlying causes and release the stress at its source.

KINESIOLOGY BENEFITS FOR
STRESSED PARENTS
You know the moments… you give them the wrong coloured cup, put BBQ sauce on their nuggets instead of tomato sauce, or cut their sandwich into triangles instead of squares — and suddenly the world is ending. Meanwhile, you’re standing there wondering how something so small turned into such a big explosion.
And it doesn’t magically stop as they get older — it just looks a little different. Now it’s the full emotional spiral because a friend hasn’t texted back (for 12 whole minutes), the overwhelm of homework that suddenly feels impossible at 9pm, the frustration of “I studied but my brain forgot everything,” or the dramatic despair of having “nothing to wear” despite a wardrobe full of clothes. Bigger kids, bigger emotions… just with more words (and sometimes more attitude!).
Hey, I see you. Because it’s not just those moments, is it?
It’s the constant thinking, planning, remembering, organising, anticipating… the mental load of parenting that never really switches off.
You’re keeping track of school schedules, lunches, uniforms, appointments, emotions (yours and theirs), and about a hundred other invisible jobs — all while trying to show up as a calm, patient human.
And when your child is struggling, it can feel even heavier.
That’s why I love kinesiology and the impact it can have — not just for kids, but for parents too. It gives you a space to offload, reset your nervous system, and feel more like you again, instead of running on empty.
I can support you with:
-
Reconnecting with your sense of purpose and what matters to you
-
Improving overall health and wellbeing
-
Releasing emotional, physical, and mental stress — especially that “stuck” feeling
-
Easing the mental load and creating more clarity and calm
-
Supporting muscle recovery and injury healing
-
Improving focus and concentration
-
Letting go of limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns
-
Emotional support during life changes and transitions
Because when you feel more balanced, supported, and clear — everything flows better. Not perfectly (because… kids), but with a whole lot more ease.
Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential. When you nurture your own energy and give yourself space to reset, you’re filling your cup so you actually have something to pour from. Kinesiology can help you restore those energy reserves, so you’re not constantly running on fumes. And perhaps just as importantly, you’re showing your children what it looks like to take care of yourself, to pause, to reset, and to prioritise wellbeing. That’s a powerful lesson they’ll carry with them for life.
