time learning the art of
meditation with Arian I have
received a great deal of
fulfilment and enjoyment from
my meditation sessions. Arian
has been able to teach me
many different applications
in which to employ
meditation, be it my

Having
had a baby 10 months ago and

is no question that pressure,
