Learn simple, but powerful non-religious meditation training to help relax your body, slow your
thinking and increase clarity for on-going renewal and recovery. Learn engaging reflective skills
through Mindfulness awareness practices that help to awaken social,
emotional and symbolic intelligence. Includes shorter meditations (30 seconds to 3 minutes) to help
revive and refocus anytime, anywhere.
Expect a 'Self-Care Meditation' workbook, weekly group email coaching and

This workshop will explore how to reclaim your own radiance and be the unique wonder
you are, as you play with awareness energy practices, through - movement, meditation, insight,
dialogue, writing and drawing. Learn to recognize the validity, truth and value of your own
needs - for grounding, integrity and the emergence of a more authentic integral ‘Self’.
