Self-care Meditation for the 21st Century - For beginners and experienced meditators

Learn simple, but powerful non-religious meditation training to help relax your body, slow your thinking and increase clarity for on-going renewal and recovery. Learn engaging reflective skills through Mindfulness awareness practices that help to awaken social, emotional and symbolic intelligence. Includes shorter meditations (30 seconds to 3 minutes) to help revive and refocus anytime, anywhere.

What does it mean to be a woman who trusts herself today?  How does a woman even begin to know where to start?  How do we navigate and embrace the reality of work, relationships, parenting and life generally, with increased awareness?  Most of us crave regeneration but neglect our impulses and instincts to listen and heal, invariably it shows up as an imbalance or illness. What are some of the practices women can engage with to express their needs safely and creatively?  In this all day workshop we discover together, how to attend to your own journey as a woman, with awareness practices that will delight, surprise and engage your authentic feminine principle and unique voice.

This workshop will explore how to reclaim your own radiance and be the unique wonder you are, as you play with awareness energy practices, through - movement, meditation, insight, dialogue, writing and drawing. Learn to recognize the validity, truth and value of your own needs - for grounding, integrity and the emergence of a more authentic integral ‘Self’.
