What does it mean to be a woman who trusts herself today? How does a woman even begin to
know where to start? How do we navigate and embrace the reality of work, relationships,
parenting and life generally, with increased awareness? Most of us crave regeneration but
neglect our impulses and instincts to listen and heal, invariably it shows up as an
imbalance or illness. What are some of the practices women can engage with to express their
needs safely and creatively? In this all day workshop we discover together, how to
attend to your own journey as a woman, with awareness practices that will delight, surprise and
engage your authentic feminine principle and unique voice.
